From an early age, Los Angeles-based makeup artist Elizabeth Ulloa had a strong passion for makeup and creating beauty. Her early studies quickly blossomed into an incredible talent that opened doors at major cosmetic houses, such as Laura Mercier. While working with and studying Laura Mercier's product and style, Ulloa honed her skills and developed her own personal style and beauty philosophy of clean, fresh and "less-is-more" ideals.
Working bi-coastally, Ulloa has had the opportunity to work with such prestigious magazines as InStyle, Glamour Marie Claire, Elle and Australian Vogue, as well as some of the world's biggest celebrities to name a few Britney Spears, Eva Longoria, and Demi Lovato. Ulloa's fresh look has allowed her to work in a variety of roles from celebrity to advertising campaigns to serving as an on-camera beauty expert. Additionally, she was nominated for an Emmy Award for her collaboration at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Elizabeth recently became Neutrogena's first Hispanic Beauty Ambassador and is thrilled to be part of an amazing brand." I completely identify with Neutrogena and feel very excited to be able to represent a brand that believes health and beauty go hand in hand and that shares my philosophy of a clean, fresh and natural appearance. This is a wonderful opportunity that fills me with great pride as I am able to share my experiences and communicate a message of beauty, wellbeing and confidence to Latinas.
Ulloa currently resides in Los Angeles and works bi-coastally.
